These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WILDBIRD website and its informational features. The website is operated by Rembao Ventures LLC, operating as WILDBIRD (“WILDBIRD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
## 1. Website Information
Our website provides information about WILDBIRD, our restaurants, food, ordering options, catering, and ways to contact us. We aim to keep that information accurate, but menus, prices, hours, availability, promotions, and services may vary by location or ordering channel and may change.
A menu item, recipe, photograph, or description on the website does not guarantee that an item is available at a particular location. Confirm the location, items, options, and current price before submitting an order.
## 2. Online Ordering and Third-Party Services
Ordering, payment, delivery, reservations, support forms, or other features may be provided through separate services or linked third-party platforms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We do not control every aspect of a third-party service.
Review the selected restaurant, order details, fees, taxes, delivery information, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms presented before confirming a transaction. Creating a request, opening a checkout link, or speaking with a virtual assistant does not itself place or modify an order, issue a refund, or confirm delivery.
These website terms do not establish a separate refund, cancellation, delivery-time, or order-modification policy and do not limit any nonwaivable consumer rights.
## 3. Food, Ingredients, Allergens, and Nutrition
Food descriptions, ingredient information, and dietary labels must be considered in the context of the complete item and its selected components. Recipes, purchased ingredients, substitutions, and preparation practices may change.
If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, contact the relevant restaurant before ordering and explain your needs. Do not assume that an item is free of an allergen or cross-contact based on a name, photograph, general dietary description, or virtual-assistant response. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

## 4. Catering and Other Inquiries
Submitting a catering inquiry or providing event details does not confirm a booking, price, availability, delivery arrangement, or service commitment. Those details must be confirmed through the applicable ordering process or by an authorized WILDBIRD representative.
Employment applications, vendor inquiries, and other submissions may be subject to additional terms provided through the relevant service. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or a response within a particular time.
## 5. Phone and Virtual-Assistant Services
WILDBIRD may offer a virtual phone assistant to help with information and requests. A virtual assistant can make mistakes or lack current information. Confirm important details through an available authorized channel.
An acknowledgment that a request was recorded is not a guarantee that a ticket was created in another system, a person has accepted responsibility, or a callback will occur by a particular time. Do not provide payment-card details to the virtual phone assistant.

Do not rely on the website, virtual assistant, text messages, or support forms for emergency assistance. Contact emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
## 6. Optional Text Messages
When WILDBIRD offers the Requested Links SMS program, callers may choose to receive a one-time online-ordering or guest-support link after explicitly consenting and confirming the destination number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, completing a transaction, or receiving support. Verbal assistance remains available if a caller declines.
Message frequency depends on your requests, typically one message per requested link. Message and data rates may apply. Permission for a requested link does not enroll you in recurring or promotional messages.

Delivery is subject to carrier and service conditions and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a number you are authorized to use for this purpose.

## 7. Permitted Website Use
Use the website lawfully and do not:
