Can I order WILDBIRD catering?

You bet - we offer pickup and delivery catering in LA. From any one of our locations

How can I place a WILDBIRD catering order?

We request all orders to be placed via our catering order page here

If you prefer to speak to our Catering Manager fill out our inquiry form so we can best serve you. Additionally, if you have any questions reach out to us here

Can I order catering the day of my event?

Tell us about your event — headcount, date, and any dietary needs. Our catering manager will follow up the same day. We'd love to hear more about what you're planning.

Can I make an edit to my order?

We totally understand — a meeting gets canceled, an event delayed. Send us a note and we'll be happy to work with any scheduling changes.

Canceling within 24 hours, we'll refund 50% of your order's total. With less than 12 hours notice, cancellations are non-refundable. Outside of that, there's no penalty. The more headsup we have, the better!

Can I host an event at WILDBIRD?

Of course! Start your order here — or talk to our catering manager if you'd rather we build it with you.

How much food comes in a catering tray?

One tray has 8-10 servings, with each serving size similar to our individually-packaged bowl portions.

How is catering packaged?

You can order in two formats: individual packaged meals or tray caterings.

Will my catering order include utensils, plates, etc.?

If you request them on the checkout page, our catering orders will come with utensils Need something to serve with? We got you! You'll see an option to request serving utensils at checkout.

What vegan/gluten-free/vegetarian/allergen-free options do you have?

Our catering menu has many dishes that accomodate dietary restrictions! Allergensm as well as vegan-friendly items, will be indicated on our menu.

That said, please indicate any allergens in your party under the order's "special instructions" at checkout, so the team can take all possible precautions to avoid cross-contamination. Is there a minimum purchase on catering orders?

we accept catering orders of all sizes! To have your catering delivered, we ask for a $150 minimum.

Do you offer house accounts?

Yes we do! Our house accounts have monthly billing, which is a great option for corporate clients looking to place a large volume of catering orders. If you're interested in setting up a catering house account please email catering@eatwildbird.com

Can I set up recurring weekly or monthly catering orders?

Of course! email catering@eatwildbird.com to get started.

Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?

Tipping is optional, but gratuity for our team members can be added at checkout and any amount is always appreciated.

We are tax exempt organization, do you offer tax exemptions?

Yes we do! Email us at catering@eatwildbird.com so we can set that up for you!
