HOST A FUNDRAISER

We know it’s tougher these days for organizations out there to raise funds through restaurants dine-in fundraisers. WILDBIRD has your back and is extending the ability to participate in fundraising through our online ordering platform.

Here’s how it works:

  1. We provide customized flyers inviting supporters to the event, you distribute them physically or digitally as PDFs.
  2. During the event, your supporters present the flyers (printed out or on their cell phones) when they order their fast-fire’d creation. For online fundraisers, your supporters should order on eatwildbird.com or via the WILDBIRD App and then enter the online code provided on the flyer at checkout in the “Promo Code” field. Online orders are valid only for carryout and pickup. Delivery orders cannot be counted toward fundraiser totals at this time.
  3. After the event, WILDBIRD will put a check in the mail for 20% of net sales that your event brings in (excluding alcohol sales). All you have to do is open the mailbox. And open the letter. And then sign the check. And then put it in the bank. We’re making it sound complicated. It’s not.

Only locations that are able to host dine-in fundraisers or are participating in online fundraisers are listed in the location selection drop down below.

Submit your request and someone from the location will reach out to you to coordinate either a dine-in event (again only where it’s safe as determined by local regulations) or an online fundraiser event.
